Many of us use the free app called Forscan. You will need to buy an adapter that will cost around $60. You can read, clear codes, do maintenance procedures and reprogram with this app.

Can you reset tire size with this app?

Yes, do a search on that and a few threads will pop up. I am still running my stock tires and haven't tried this. It might be a little trial and error with the setting as a tire is not the exact diameter stated in the specs due to inflation pressure and the weight of the truck.

I have a couple, one that has extra function for my bmw but not the truck. Forscan is the one I don’t have and people use for making changes to features
