I would be amazed if the Strategy Update actually fixes the transmission issues for long term as I am not a Transmission Expert in any means, but I think the reason for the Update is to adjust the Line Pressures and thereby hiding the root issue of Valve Body or CDF Drum issues.
In an attempt to keep the transmission operational under a lower or changed line pressure strategy it is only covering up or hiding the failed internal part of the transmission.
I could be WRONG here, just my thoughts on the subject.

Just got mine back from it's 6 week stay at the dealer. Seems to be driving a lot better.
I really wish it didn't smell like transmission fluid on the cab.

Got my truck back Thursday after only three weeks. Brand new transmission with the updated drum, and so far all is well. Time will tell, but hopefully they've actually resolved that issue.

I believe the 'updated' hub design has an 'A' on the end of the part number (and is the one required by the TSB).

(FINAL?) UPDATE:
Just got my truck back. See pics.
Felt great driving home. Completely different. Smooth.
Buuuuut, I was in this spot once before (after the valve body overhaul). I'm optimistic, and it really does feel great, but obviously the next few weeks will be very telling. Maybe I'll take a road trip to give it a good test!
Fingers crossed the issue may be behind me!
Also should give credit to Preston Ford in MD. I took it to them twice, and they found something both times. I did not get any kind of blow off or resistance vibe with them like I've felt elsewhere. I'll be going there regularly from now on.

Anyone have a aftermarket ECU tune that adjusts the shift logic. I have had mine tuned with livernois soft shift tune and the truck is pretty solid. Once in a while I get some rough or jerky shifts but I also drive in tow hual mode alot of the time.

Got the truck back last Friday.
Build date is 3/30/2022
Seems to be driving better but lost some mpg. And the truck smells like trans fluid.

Appointment set for February 28th for the next steps in TSB 23-2350. Service advisor mentioned “ probably going to have to tear it down “ . Fortunately I’m not using the truck for the next two months or so as we’re out of town. My son is going to drop it off for me. We’ll see what happens.

Just got my truck back after 2 weeks in the shop, initially brought it for hard shifts from 1-2, huge delay especially when cold where RPMs went up but no shifting for several seconds. 56000km
They started with following the TSB, replaced the valve body with no success so they quickly moved to a full transmission replacement. I was pretty impressed with how quickly they got it all done honestly, and was given a loaner for the time.
I'm a week out now with probably 800km on it post replacement. Feels waaaay better, still not quite as smooth as the f150 loaner I was in though... Overall it sucks to deal with, but I'm happy it was all sorted quickly and my truck seems to be back to normal.
