Installed the front driver Ready Lift intrusion bar. It took a 7” cut wheel that was a bit sketchy on my 4.5-5” cordless grinder. Cutting through that factory crash bar with a sawzall wasn’t happening. Passenger side + Fitzstick install on Monday…

Dessert Does It Seat Jackers & Ford Performance Air/Oil Separator went in too.

Overall a productive day off.
For the seat jackers did you do front and back or just front.

They’re not intended for the back. Just front. It aids in hamstring support and feeling more planted (butt in the seat). Alleviates back pain and fatigue.

I was finally able to test out the auto inflator. Works flawlessly. I need to fix the fitting, as it leaks a bit of air. The original fitting I got didn't work with the ARB compressor, which I didn't learn until after the first attempt. When I got a new fitting, I didn't have sealing tape.

Nice! Is that also an auto-deflator if the pressure is higher ?

Any pics of them on your truck yet?
Lol. Nah you must follow a few posts back. I crashed and am currently gathering and designing some parts.

Second intrusion bar install was a breeze. Learned from my mistakes during the first attempt. Took all of about 30-40 minutes (including setup/cleanup) instead of two hours and a few choice words. 7” cut wheel + removing the front skirt/mud flap thing made for easy after work project before the sun went down.

Do all trims have those skirts? Or is that just a Lariat thing?

All trims levels have skirts - FX4s have miniskirts because of their front skid.

However……

Hate rain repellent on windshields... bon ami is useful for it.

Insert weird macro shot for no reason

Even better....Bar Keepers Friend. Readily available and non-abrasive. Does great job of removing water spots and whatever crud is left after a wash. Great for gug butts.

Guess that's another discontinued item I'll be paying an arm and leg for...

That canister cost $30... Hate to see what the bar soap will set me back.

Wet the windshield and sprinkle some on a wet sponge and it will make a
'
"paste"....just clean a portion of windshield at a time and rinse off with a hose.

Does it assist in “polishing” or something?
