I know it's still a Ford, but that's just because the 64 Ford Galaxie was a car my dad had and he sold it right before I turned 16. I want one.

That is actually a 1963 1/2 Galaxie.
The first part of the '63 MY had the same roof as the 1961 & '62:

The '64 had a different grille and hoodlne, different rear end treatment, engine badging was moved to the lower part of the fender, and the "slab" C-pillar was discontinued:

ive been in the mood for an old lincoln. black suicide doors of course, classy but lowered a touch, kinda resto mod. just to cruise and look like a chill mafia boss. ac and modern goodies inside, nice contrasting interior like turquoise. the one below is close to what i have in mind but not perfect. no flat black. i want it like piano glossy mirror black. modern wheels with modern wide white walls. i miss the automakers building big comfy cruising sleds.

Just a little FYI, I almost bid on this mint Euro 1984 Ferrari 308 GTSi Quattrovalvole, a few weeks ago, on Bring A Trailer!

Info about the Quattrovalvole for those unaware:

308 GTB/GTS Quattrovalvole The main change from the 308 GTBi/GTSi it succeeded were the four valves per cylinder—hence its name, Quattrovalvole, literally "four valves" in Italian—which pushed output back up to 240 hp (179 kW) restoring some of the performance lost to the emission control equipment.

Definitely a corvette. I would love a C2 or C3 that has been converted resto-mod style with a newer C6 or C7 interior and drivetrain. But I would settle for a new C6 or C7 regardless. Love the old body style but new technology is the way to go...
