At least he’s good to you.
Yes and no. $280 for something that just makes the turbo fart is a questionable purchase but there are far worse ways to waste the coin

Straight out of the spray bottle. I didn't buy the concentrate.
I thought about using that to not damage anything. Simple green + low pressure water.

Now I have to with that shiny cover.. looks dumb as hell now.

The problem with using any kind of cleaner is that it needs a good rinse. Otherwise you'll have residue. You'll also have pockets of water in parts of the engine. I use a blower to remove the water before it dries. No spots.

Here is my engine bay. ?

So a fabbed up a ram air intake to help air into the air box. I saw a couple videos on YouTube where guys installed the Big Mouth Ram Air and say they are getting up to 2 miles per gallon better on the highway and more power. I'm not concerned with additional power as I already have a Livernois tune, but the mileage intriges me. I fabbed and cut it out of one of those rectangle plastic garbage cans with the curved corners and have it duct tape in for now to see how it works. I should have took some better pictures but if I see an improvement I'll remove the front engine cover and take additional pictures. Why pay $130 when you can easily fab something to direct the air.

Went out and gave my ranger a hug. Its still the truck for me.
The new gladiator has 1700lb payload, in a 4x4, and 7700lb tow!! Wow
Went hunting last weekend, 4 passengers 670lbs 300lbs of junk, so i was left with 700 lbs cargo so i could pull a 7k trailer. Well, now jeep does it with a 4x4. Dont know what powertrain. Saw it on tfl

Decided to check out my tailgate extender for fitment. I must say, it sure seems stout. Fit is a bit loose but when loaded and things are strapped down, that won’t be as bad. Adjustability is good and I can still get the rear canopy window open when it’s set up in “vertical” mode. The unit requires two hitch pins - one for the receiver and one for the support crossbar but it only comes with one pin. I have a locking pin and a regular pin that came with my receiver shackle but others would be wise to make sure to have a spare pin. There is reflective tape on the crossbar, which is helpful.

Unboxed…the battery is just for scale - beefy tubing.

Necessary Modification…we don’t need no badges.

Horizontal….hey @LaBalbe - zoom in on the edge of the bedliner and you’ll see something sitting there just for you. ?

Vertical…

I will likely use it when I rebuild the deck on the boat shed at the cottage. The Ranger gets to do more truck stuff - nice! For now, it was just a dry fit to see if I’d be keeping it, which I will be doing. ?
