Only issue I have with ford performance tune is being stuck with premium fuel. Yes its not a drastic price difference but as we are a single income family of 4 I have to be mindful of where extra money goes. Sucks but it is what it is

If you're going to get one I'd get the Livernois tune. You can get all their tunes which include the 87-89 soft shift and performance tunes. If you have extra money or feel like having a little more power at times you can easily (3-4 minutes) flash the 91-93 performance tune. Also with their tow tune you can run any octane but I really didn't like the way that one shifted for everyday driving.

I think that's the one I was most interested in.
With a little bit of luck hag in law will move out and life will get back to normal again.

I'm getting a pretty decent bonus from work, the wife is cool with me banking 3/4 of it and using the rest for
1. Hot air intake
2. Mbrp dual exhaust
3. The turbosmart bov
And then the tune itself, everything together should make Shelly a happy camper

Always. Our turnover rate is so high due to 99.8% of it being outside in the heat they don't even put our names on our uniform shirts anymore

I'm curious about getting a big more pep out of Shelly but am not interested in tuning just yet, any suggestions?
Flowmaster FlowX Flowmaster 717909 Cat back exhaust, Injen PF9071WB Cold Air Intake. A pronounced improvement over stock. No tune. With a tune it would be hard to keep tires on the truck.

I'm looking at tuners for a bronco I have on order. I'm very happy with my Livernois tune but they don't offer one for the '23 bronco. I currently run the 87-89 tune an run 89 gas, I have a high flow filter an aftermarket exhaust an my drag app showed a 6.6 0-60 with the rear locker on. With the high octane tune I would spin the tires in 4wd with the locker on. I don't have a time on that set up though. Rolling at 35 mph an just hammering it would spin the tires on the high octane tune.

I saw this for the '23 bronco: https://www.motoroso.com/p/2117228-...er-l4-23l-t-ecoboost-scorcher-gt-power-module

Not sure I trust it, I'm trying to figure out what exactly it does. There's just two connections an routing a controller to the dash. I wonder if it just tricks the turbo into more boost. It only takes a few minutes to install an doesn't leave a footprint on the ecu so it can be removed before warranty work.

Edit: I did find one description saying it increases boost so I assume it's altering the map sensor signal.

I've got a flowfx muffler already but have a feeling that I'll regret not having dual pipes later on

This is the link that shows it for the Ranger: SCORCHER GT Power Module

I doubt it will help the shifting which is a big part of a tune.

True but the bronco has the 10r60 which I hope has better shifting manners. On my Ranger I drove it about 8K before adding the tune to make sure there weren't any issues needing warranty work. I figured obvious stuff would pop up fairly quickly.

I would count on the bronco having a similar economy minded shift strategy.

Probably, I haven't driven one yet which is crazy. From the videos I saw they use the "goat mode" to dial up what performance you want: economy, normal, sport an so on. I use the tow mode to bump city rpms up but I don't know if that's an option in a bronco. I have read quite a bit an watched some video reviews but I haven't see the distain for the shifting in those that I see for the ranger.
