Same thing happened to mine. File through their insurance, take the check, order the top plastic, and 2 bottom plastic pieces from American Trucks dot com. Once all the plastic is off, there are 4 hex-head bolts to remove the right bumperette, and two other small bracket/rods that's suspended by a really flimsy metal bracket. Bend the bracket back by hand, (literally one hand), remount the bumperette and remount other brackets that will line up perfectly, replace the plastic pieces. Fixed. Hardest part is the damn wheel lock and trailer plug.
You have to order the bottom plastic because Ford changed the tooth pattern when're they interlock, and because they're damaged. It's like 8, 10mm bolts on each that you'll see when you rip the top piece off. That's it though...3 pieces of plastic, about $200.00. Well, that and a 6pk of beer. Took me about an hour.
