My partner had something similar happen 3 days after she got her new outback.... The guy tried to pretend it didn't happen but a good Samaritan stayed with her car until she came out of the store. Some Valet driver dinged my rear bumper just enough to touch the sheetmetal on one side, so I just bought an ARB bumper & put it on. My daughter is in the hospital & I was parked in their lot, some lady tried to swing a 1 ton van in those tiny parking places & clipped my front end, the amazing thing is, she called security & reported it & her insurance is paying for it. She could have just driven off and was very apologetic, I just thanked her for doing the right thing & not to worry about it. That's 2500 bucks worth of damage.

The body shop didn't replace her headlight, they just "buffed it out" and that hid some of the damage didn't fix it.... Just an FYI check the clear lens for any damage at all...

. The bodyshop has gotten 3 tail light now, all cracked (before tinting). and it's not just my Ranger, apparently a couple F-250's they recently did also had cracked tail light issues. I doubt is has anything to do with scuffing the light or anything, I have had multiple lights tinted and this has never been an issue. Now I have a feeling the bodyshop is not gonna want to tint the tail light if they can get one not cracked.
