Installed some sound deadening in the front doors. Only had enough for the front this time since I was using leftovers from a different project. Gonna order some more so I can do the back doors and the rear bullhead.

Oh and added the 1 touch window module to the passenger door while I had the pane off. Will do the two back doors when I do the sound deadening.

Not today, but over this past weekend, and missing some photos to tell the tale

Buddy of mine from my hometown flew out this weekend just to go dink around and have some fun. Unfortunately, CO had other ideas regarding the weather, but that didn't stop us.

Shameless tagging here, but @Discount Tire if you happen to be listening, the guys at the store on Fossil Creek Dr in Fort Collins CO, especially Alfonso, absolutely rock. Got me in an hour before closing on Saturday, and a new set of Falken Wildpeak AT3Ws in 265/70/17 installed for what I thought was a solid deal in preparation for adventuring on Sunday

Sunday, with the weather still not cooperating, got some close friends of mine to come up north with their 4Runner and we went and played on some of the trails off Buckhorn Road in the Cameron Peak burn scar. Obviously my newly Wildpeak equipped FX4 outcrawled their TRD Pro

Just for fun, here's my buddy hanging out the back window trying to film my friend's 4Runner behind us, from their POV

All in all, picked up a couple of new scratches, found a couple solid places to camp this summer, and had one heck of a day out on the trails. Would've pressed further up Greer Road, but with how narrow it was and it being wet, we decided heading back and searching elsewhere was the best option compared to slipping off the hill side
We appreciate your patronage. I will be sure to send the team at the Fossil Creek Rd. store a shout out!

Received my bed extender from Rough Country today, after a 4 week wait.
Thanks for the drill bit RC, but getting all the correct parts would’ve been better.

Shortened the bed rack rails that I recently installed to better fit my truck.

Removed 8.25 inches off of them.

Fits much better.

Also installed my Air Design fender vents.

Before

The factory vents are held on by adhesive on the rear edge and clips around the perimeter. The Air Design vents just use the 3M molding tape.

And the After pic

The vents look good, but are they supposed to actually have much effect on cooling? Or is it just a style thing?

Washed the truck and gave it the clay bar and the 303 Graphene Nano spray treatment. I'm very pleased with how it turned out. The Graphene hype is REAL!!! Also, this was my first experience with using a clay bar, and it was fairly easy. I used the Chemical Guys Clay Bar and Lube kit.

My son and I installed my AMP-Research power steps. Now it will be easier for this 76 yr old guy to get into his truck.

Big thank you to my son Doug.

Awh so wholesome. Sounds like you've got a stand-up son. Drive safe out there George!

More like what the ranger did to itself;
Went from 1st right to 9th gear then slammed back to 2nd. Felt that drive shaft rattle like a drum stick at a rock concert.

Dunno wtf that was about lmao. Something tells me I'm not gonna want to keep this thing much longer.
