Setup of my Wolfbox G850 is complete...might need getting used to if there's bright reflections coming through competing with the digital image...I suppose if it''s bright out, then turning off the camera image would fix that...otherwise, pretty good setup...looking forward to further experiencing this dashcam...

Little late but this is what it looks like. I ran the power along the pass-side A pillar, behind the glove box and poked a hole out by the 12v supply.

Just installed this G850 and it's looking good...the 20 cable was just enough to run along the headliner's edge and through the cab vent behind the rear seat back...then it goes under my Diamondback cover and back out at the rear of the bed...then up and under the center of my RTT...WOW! What a view out the back! I now have total un-obstructed view towards the rear and I can tilt the view down via software to see that my Honda is secure on hitch carrier...rainy day project...finish up tidying up the cables and hardwire the unit tomorrow then pics...

Looks nice, I have found that tilting it up a bit helps the reflections, since it is mirror glass.

That would do it...except I'd have to keep adjusting it when it times out for the reflective mirror...I might tint my back glass ...

No, I set it to screen save in 1 minute...the curious thing is one reviewer shows the screensaver just turns off the camera view but still show gps/time still on overlaid onto the reflection...when mine is in saver mode, all displays are off...did they change something in the latest version or do I have an older firmware?

I tried my screensaver (have never used) and it does not display the overlay either. I leave my display on all the time.

wow some really good info here. I will have to look deeper into some of these .. my current thought is to go with the Blackvue 770 set up. but that may change after looking at some of the others mentioned here

I've had them in 2 other vehicles for 4-5 years with no problem so they seem pretty durable.
