You can get the 310HP/430TQ upgrade for $395 when ordering, quite a bit less than a tuner would cost.

All the Colorado HP/TQ ratings are with 87 octane fuel.
And I may end up there. But I've only got 30k on the ranger so I can give the canyon a year to prove itself before jumping ship.

No...the 6G is almost as big as F150 and cost almost as much...and it's butt ugly...

I love my 5G - wish they would have kept the styling, made it a little wider and shorter and upgraded interior. But I think the 6G might be growing on me a little. But that’s mainly because I think I could fix the front end to make it look better. A lift on a lower trim model would look pretty good, assuming you can get a steel bumper with those. Here’s the Australian XLS and i would like it with a steel bumper and lift better than raptor/lariat grill. All that said, I’m keeping mine for a long time so I can tell everyone on this forum that my trans lasted 175k. No doubt about it- talk to you in about 8 years.

I’m good. I’d take a bigger engine but I haven’t needed more power yet.
On the other hand I keep looking at older vehicles and think of the possibilities. Vehicles I never liked now don’t look so bad. 90’s f150, square body ranger thing.

The way I buy and keep trucks, probably an 8G or 9G.

I wasn't sure about the styling of the 6G vs my 5G. It has grown on me a bit over the past few months.

BUT

With the economy looking as AWESOME (being facetious here so please...) as it is and the current state of how Ford is doing what with all the recalls (both from internal faux pas as well as 3rd party idiocy) I think I'm sticking with Ole Blue here.

Yeah MAYBE if there is a hybrid I would get back into a ranger. Plan as of now is to get a maverick for work driving and small tasks around the house that are too tedious to perform in the Bronco.

Corporate drone. Dilbert's world is alive & well.
Probably not, but that's mostly because I tend to drive my vehicles until they die, and I'd be very disappointed if this one died that quickly. We've averaged a little over 10 years per vehicle, so I'd expect them to be on at least 7G by then, unless they kill the brand again.
