Have been getting this message on the screen something about available networks....., and now my HD radio isn't working, well to be exact its working but on only one of 3 stations listed for that station. I tried my wifes Lincoln no issue for that station. I attempted to do a master reset, no luck, the main station says it playing in HD but it is not showing the rest of the stations.
Kinda sucks for a truck with less than 15K on it.

Are you thinking of your free Sirius XM trial expiring?

It doesn't sound like that but seems like a really random and odd issue

Nope never use Serius, the station I most often listen to has (3) stations when using HD, the 2nd statioin (104.3HD2) plays alot of classic rock and the radio no longer shows those stations, I attempted manual tune and the response comes back, HD channel not available. Very strange indeed. This is on a 2021 Lariat.

Is your antenna still attached on the roof?

This has happened to some folks after swapping in a stubby antenna.

Have you tried a "soft" reset?

Yes soft reset attempted, not change to antenna, I have a feeling it may have been in the process of a software update and was interupted. I don't drive the vehicle much just noticed this this weekend, very random, I did find a case with this same issue with a 2019, it took 6 wks to figure it out and if I remember correctly it was actually the head unit that needed to be changed. They did the antenna, the harness, and in the end it was the brains.

Maybe try a hardware reset in the Sync menus and/or retry installing the update.

It's like chrome plated bumpers. For Boomers only.
Ohhhh! So I’d have to have grand children come over and get it working for me huh? Got it lol.

I’m sorry but what the hell is HD radio and how do I listen to it?
From the internet:

HD radio generally simulcasts an existing analog radio station in digital format with less noise and with additional text information. HD Radio is used primarily by AM and FM radio stations in the United States, U.S. Virgin Islands, Canada, Mexico and the Philippines, with a few implementations outside North America.

If you tune your radio to a station that is broadcasting HD stations, a HD symbol with appear on the screen. Pushing that will change your radio to that channel.

I had an aftermarket HD radio in my old 1997 Escort wagon. When an HD station tuned in, it made a huge difference in the quality of sound of music broadcasts. It was like stereo on steroids! Stereoids!
