Been lurking in the forum since I got my 2021 Velocity blue Supercab with 25k miles at the time 3 months ago, though it was finally time to post something so here it is:
The day I got it:

Got her home and took the steps and front license plate off:

While I was waiting for some parts for it I installed new side markers:

After that I had a bilstein 5100 kit installed with method NV 305 17x8.5 0 offset wheels and 265/70/17 Toyo open country's installed

Next was a DD ssc2 pro Ditch Light kit and auxbeam switch controller (not pictured)

next was floor liners and a dash mat which I don't have a photo of on hand
Next I installed LED bulbs from Auxito And then I added a turbo smart dual port kompact blow off valve:

My apologies for the dirty engine bay I had the truck out the day prior and went through a good bit of mud, Next up is a DD ss3 pro fog light kit which got delivered today and hasn't been put in yet!
My plans for the rest of the build are as follows but in no particular order:
Intake
Exhaust
UCA's
Fox 2.5's front and rear
Progressive spring pack and shackles
Light bar and rear chase lights
And moving to a 285/70/17
I will be building the truck as I get the money for it, I'm 19 (I myself and funding the build with zero help I just wanted to put this out there because I've ran into a lot of people who don't believe that I am capable of doing so at my age but not anyone on this awesome forum!) and just graduated in may so it's not my top priority but it will hopefully come together relatively fast!
Thanks for the read!

Looking good!

Quick note on the SS3 fogs, I just installed a set of these myself and ended up putting (3) 1.5mm thick nylon washers at each corner of the mounting bracket to give me enough room to aim the lights down enough to use on the street. Without, they were aimed basically in the eyes of all on-coming traffic as the light was pushed completely against the fog light bezel. With them, i aimed the lights pretty much as far down as i could and it ended up perfectly, granted this is all with a Fox 2.0 leveling kit at factory settings so your mileage may vary.

OP sandwiched it up in between a couple of photos, easy to miss it, but they’re 0 (zero) Offset.

@Steelekj03
Welcome - keep working hard and building that thing up. Also, don’t trust anyone over 30. ?

Thank you, I appreciate the quick tip I'll definitely put that into consideration on the install, I plan on just using the fogs offroad as the led bulbs I put in are super bright already (had to down tune them I felt bad for oncoming traffic) but I I'll probably want to aim them either way

Hmmmm, Machinist, huh?

So, I guess you’re going to be fabbing up great stuff using your own time and skills and scrap material at the shop and come up with things the rest of us are paying $$$$$$ for. Is that about right?

Nice truck, and good looking modlist. FYI, those drop-in LEDs are illegal, not DOT approved, and throw scatter all over. Even if people aren't flashing you, you are throwing light well above the stock halogen cutoff, disrupting others driving.

Haha possibly possibly, I'm new to the trade so I'm still learning a lot but I'd like to start building some stuff for the ranger for sure, my main thing would be a roof rack similar to a prinsu or something along those lines because they don't make one for the Supercab.
I was intending on doing my own ditch light brackets but at the price of the DD ones I couldn't tan them up for any cheaper unfortunately but the DD ones worked out really well!

There is def a need for a Prinsu or Rhino Rack style roof platform base for the SuperCab - or maybe it’s just me. ? If you ever get serious about that, be sure to start a thread to document it - that’s one I’d be sure to follow.?

Thanks for the heads up I spent about 2 hours installing driving around and aiming them and even got in a smaller car to see it from an oncoming perspective and they sit just about perfect as in not disrupting anybody's vision and still providing better lighting over the halogens

I definitely will my only concern is how the super cabs don't have a b pillar so obviously the capacity of the rack will be lesser than a super crew I would think, my main use for it though won't really be for anything heavy mainly aesthetics and lights ?

Yes, it will definitely give your truck “that look”. Certainly not for RRTs or spare wheels. Light cargo only and lights for sure.

They spill all over. Cutoff is atrocious with hotspot above because a 2 sided LED chip clearly has a different light output and shape than a filament in a halogen. You are disrupting others.

At dusk on a crowded highway turn your lights off and see how dark the highway signs 20’ in the air get despite the dozens of cars around you.
