I would say it's moderately aggressive with a deeper tone than most of the other systems I've heard. Cold start and idle it's pretty loud but when everything warms up it's tamer at idle but you can still hear it. I've only driven a short distance around town, so I can't comment too much on drone. But from what I've heard so far, it's not bad at all. Can definitely hear the turbo spool more too.
... Tuner really woke the truck up, and finally settled on a splash screen that I like. Cashing in some Ford Pass points soon

Do you need a laptop(like the FPT) for this or is all in the programmer?SCT BDX tuner is in. Currently just running the canned 87 octane tune until I get a fresh tank of 93 in her. Kudos to @machinist85 on the awesome communication and SUPER fast shipping!
If you just use the canned tunes that are pre loaded there is no need for a laptop. If you want to pull your stock file to email for a custom tune, you'll need a device running windows. I also believe this tuner can update over wifi but I'm not 100% certain. I'm running the 93 octane canned tune right now. When I finish my bolt on mod list I plan on getting a custom email tune.
