Testing some LED headlight housings maybe. Also really tempted to get a katzkin leather seat set & DIY install.

Otherwise, snow tires for the 16" steelies I've had for a year (though can probably do another winter on the A/Ts), and eventually some bigger A/Ts when these wear out. Otherwise the truck is perfect, and has all the upgrades I'd want.
