Look like Dueller HTs based on the last picThey were Bridgestone. Unsure of the model right off the top of my head. It was still the original stock tires.
For sure! I haven't been in a lot of situations like this, but this is the first I was unable to recover.
Low tide. At high tide, I would have been in that.
That's what I have. Of course here in the Philippines it rains buckets. They have worked well for me......so far.?Look like Dueller HTs based on the last pic
I had a 2WD, so not sure. Might be better to start a new thread to be sure this question gets answered for you.Speaking of traction control....I'm heading into my first Canadian winter with my 2019 XL.
Can I assume the traction control is only active on the rear wheels while in 2WD, and all four wheels if driving in 4WD?
Nope. The traction control is just ABS braking a slipping tire. It will do any of them.Speaking of traction control....I'm heading into my first Canadian winter with my 2019 XL.

Glad you weren't hurt badly. From the looks of the truck, it could have turned out worse for you. On the bright side, the 2023 Ranger order book is open.Looking for PDR recommendations.
Watch those roads folks. Even with traction control, shit happens.
Driving on the highway, hydroplaned, spun, was unable to recover, hit a palm tree, and went into the marsh, rolling a couple of times. Between airbags and seatbelts, my injuries are minor. The truck did an awesome job of keeping me safe.

Insurance companies most often will total a vehicle with roll-over damage to the cabin roof because it will never provide the same protection. I would be surprised if they tried to repair it.Easy to joke about stuff that doesn't kill you.
The cabin was perfect, other than airbag deployment. My R7 came off the windshield. The dash cam stayed on the windshield. I'll pull the video and maybe post it. See how many "Fucks" I let out during the whole thing. And, confirm whether it rolled once or twice. Either way, it was in soft marsh, which is why I think everything held up so well and the window glass didn't break. All doors are still functional even.
I hope they don't try to repair it, though. It'll never be the same. And, it'll take forever.
