I used the jack today for the first time. It was not with the Ranger, but I used it to change an axel on my utility trailer.

It was excellent. Light, smooth, powerful and the release was like silk.

I was very pleased with it.

( Also got to use the new power bar, torque wrench and sockets.)

I used a RhinoRamp (3000 lbs rated each, 6k lbs total), and it failed miserably. Kept slipping on dry flat concrete... making rubber smear marks all over my garage floor. I threw away my super old jack stands last year cause they where cheap harbor freight ones.. not sure if they'd have hold up.

Guess I'll have to upgrade my 1.5 ton to a 3 ton lift, and probably buy aluminum jack stands :/

Can anyone advise as to what the minimum height should be to lift the Ranger tires off the ground. I have 2 floor jacks and 4 jack stands, but unsure they will work for the Ranger.
I suspect I may need to purchase a new floor jack, but need to know the minimum height before I buy to insure it meets my need. I just picked up my 2020 Lariet Sport a week ago.

If you have the equipment on hand you can always simply use it on the truck to see if it is sufficient. I assume you will need to measure your jack height anyway once someone tells you what height is needed unless there is a tag that states the height?
