I think you’re right, but so far so good. I may wind up putting a higher one up before it’s over with.?

And if you're a non damper owner, its as easy as this:

No No No you snap the stalk over at 90 degrees, then pull down, about half way, that gives you the first peel, then you just peel the other bits down as you eat, that way you have a built in non-sticky handle.

Pro tip..... if you peel from the opposite end (non stem side) it peels open much easier. Had someone show me this over 20 years ago when he saw me opening one at work and the stem wouldn't pull apart.
