So my window sticker says convoy, but on ramp 1 it says CP3E. I’m guessing that is the rail code?

I would think since you are in Mississippi that something may be incorrect on your sticker. I would expect it be be by Rail, not convoy, I think Ford only uses Convoy for the closest deliveries. That being said, in order to get trucks delivered, and because of the rail issues, perhaps it was shipped by convoy to the ramp location it was supposed to go by rail originally.
Also, I think I read somewhere that the ramp code may also be used to group vehicles together for the same transit as well.
Interesting questions to ask your dealer, though. "Why does my Window Sticker say convoy when it is at a rail yard?"

So it turns out when unloading from the train, it was backed into a pole of some type. Dented the rear quarter panel. It is at a body shop now waiting on parts… I don’t know how I feel about that…

I don't like that at all.
Ask if you could get a copy of the recorded document of the damages. I would contact Ford and tell them what you are up against, you don't want a truck that's been in the body shop. Escalate it quickly with Ford. Either Ford should knock off a nice chunk of the price, or should build you a priority 1 new truck.
I know I wouldn't want to order a new $35,000 and know it had been damage history.

Well, the dealer called this afternoon and surprise! My truck is here. It will be ready for pickup tomorrow afternoon.

Mine needs a new front bumper and some paint too… They ran into something too. I may try to get money off after they fix everything… I don’t know yet. I’m disgusted…

That's super cool. Beautiful. Looks like Ford is catching up on orders. I had a similar time frame. Picking up tomorrow.it finally happened!! Blend Date 9-27, Built 10-2, Shipped 10-4, Received 10-4, Picked up 10-6! Well worth the wait!
