Mine was available and I got a pretty good deal on it . Very pleased with it.
That's great! I got a better deal on my trade in than I did on my Ranger lol. But its all upside down right now, or was back in May. ?

Btw, I'd copy a link for the tailgate letters, but a week after I bought them the product disappeared from amazon. There are others, but I can't speak to the quality.

Yeah, I hear you on that. Before this Ranger, I had a SportTrac - so I'm used to the hard cover and had even grown dependent on it for the extra dry space. This one is definitely lighter and comes off easier than that one on the SportTrac. So when I need to haul tall things, I can just remove it and hang it on the wall in the garage. The one thing I might miss is the fold-back which allowed half the bed to be exposed without removing the cover. Only time will tell.
We went from a last gen SportTrac to the Ranger with a year detour to a Frontier.
The SportTrac hardtopper was okay as long as the tall load could fit in half the bed. Too heavy for me to RnR by myself.
Orange Crush. Never saw another that color.

The upgrades continue…. I had my icon leaf springs installed today using the second option where you replace the 3rd leaf for 1.35” over stock … wow… words cannot describe the difference over the add a leaf that it had. It went from rough and bouncy to smooth and solid! Night and day difference. I did lose just a bit of height/ rake but I think it helped my pinion angle because 95% of the take off shudder is gone and it’s much smoother!

Anyone have an idea on how to lower the rear end of my Scab. I had my ranger nice and leveled with stock springs but replaced the rear springs with Stage 3 aftermarkets. The ride is much better now but I have about 2 inches of rake which I do not want. Stage 3 says they settle over a few thousand miles but so far no luck. I have hauled some small and light loads long distances but still no settling...

Have heard that putting a bunch of weight in the rear, loosening the U bolts around the springs then tightening them up might help?

Has anyone tried this? Anyone else have an idea how to lower the rear maybe an inch or two?

Any ideas would be much appreciated..

stage 3 from who? how many leafs does the pack you got have? typically if you have a multi pack you can pull one of the leafs out which will lower it a bit or possibly look into lowering shakles.

Question for you guys that have done the windshield recall, how long did the dealer have it? any get done in the same day? or get rental car? (recall says rental is provided no charge) Dealer is saying 3-4 days and it's sub'd to a glass shop.

Thanks,
LB
My dealer has a collision repair shop. Made appointment. Dropped off on way to work, got call couple hours later saying done. Also had a front end alignment do to putting in leveling spacers.

Took my dash back apart so that I could add a RCA in to a 3.5mm jack so I can use my Ipod on my new Android head unit.

So figured out the video upload, embed to YouTube. Thanks to search using 5G tag and Google.

Thanks for the reply..

Springs are from Icon... 4 leafs, but which one do you take out? A longer or shorter spring?
I have found some lowering shackles recently so maybe that is the way to go..

Thanks!

Installed Bilstien 5100s up front @ the 1.8 setting. Damn that axle nut torque is high.
Re-aligned the CCM, still need to do the lights.

awesome. if they're the same ones I purchased it's possible thr overload spring you remove look at icons site and it will tell you the heights you will gain or loose depending on configuration.
