What did you do to your Ranger today?

Like the looks and security but watching people trying to haul things higher than the bed rails convinced me not to do the hard cover.

Yeah, I hear you on that. Before this Ranger, I had a SportTrac - so I'm used to the hard cover and had even grown dependent on it for the extra dry space. This one is definitely lighter and comes off easier than that one on the SportTrac. So when I need to haul tall things, I can just remove it and hang it on the wall in the garage. The one thing I might miss is the fold-back which allowed half the bed to be exposed without removing the cover. Only time will tell.

My last car wasn't a BMW. You see, I'm shy. So when it occurred to me to take a picture somewhere, the bank parking lot seemed like a good spot. I don't want to be out there seen taking pics of my ride so I quickly stopped, snapped, and left. It just makes me uncomfortable.

However, wrongs need to be righted and I sure don't want to offend anyone. So after seeing your post, which hurt my feelings, I went back to the bank to park more perfectly for anyone that I offended. ?

Posted this in the wrong thread earlier... installed my Bilko Auto 12v plug in the bed... and gave it a wash.

Sorry if it's bad form to repost the same thing. If I could figure out how to add GIFs it would be the lady from Game of Thrones ringing the bell and yelling "Shame" ?

I don't know why it wouldn't let you as there's no filters preventing it. I usually just attach it from my saved folder or right click on it and copy/paste it to the post. Heck I'm pushing 60 and can figure it out.

FYI. A pencil eraser will get rid of the red dots on your tire sidewalks. I have been debating about the tailgate letters. I like the way yours turned out.

Thanks. For $17 on Amazon I was super impressed with the quality. Nice raised badges with 3m auto adhesive backing. Spun back to the dealer a week after I bought it and my salesman was asking for the link, he has the same truck and did the vinyl stickers but liked the look of these.

BTW, do we have the same stock truck- Oxford white Lariat FX4 with black appearance package?

Question for you guys that have done the windshield recall, how long did the dealer have it? any get done in the same day? or get rental car? (recall says rental is provided no charge) Dealer is saying 3-4 days and it's sub'd to a glass shop.

I dropped off mine Monday morning and it's still not finished. On the Ford app I can see exactly where it's being worked on and everytime they move it. Also getting a collision avoidance system not working alert on the app now. They gave me a loaner.

Nothing wrong with that. If it had been on the lot instead when I showed up, I probably would have taken it.

Truth be told I was dead set on a Tremor when I first started looking at Rangers, but wasn't as big a fan of the seats. I thought my 6 yr old would destroy the suede material when he inevitably spilled stuff on them. But I digress, they're all cool trucks!
