Tower is pretty interesting. It's the only remaining of 5 that were used for fire control for Fort Saulsbury that was closed in 1946.

That looks like a pretty big stick-built nest in the top right corner. Is that an immature Bald Eagle flying by?

I'm with Phil, it looks like an osprey to me.

We do have quite a few bald eagles around here though. It's very common to see them, but they are always impressive.

I vote for Osprey - they have a distinct body shape that is easily noticed when they are in flight.

I don't have cool natural landmarks to park next to, like our stunning moderator, but this was a first for me.

I needed a tow chain on Sunday and went to our Harbor Freight. It's been in town for about a year but I had never been.

Holy cow! It was like walking into Heaven! I'll be going back very soon to drain the wallet for stuff that I probably don't need. It's a great store!

My wife and I have rafted that river before. Quite the experience falling out of a raft into a class5+ rapid . We didn’t get the opportunity to do the bridge walk, but I wanted to. Not sure if you’re still in the area but there’s an incredible pizza place close by called Pies and Pints. Best pizza I’ve ever had in my life. I recommend the heirloom tomato pizza:

That’s chicken gouda on the other half. Both are incredible.
Anyway, glad you had a great trip.
