Here’s hoping that those of us who are still waiting get scheduled. ?Just got the email that Rangers will be scheduled next week for production weeks 6/27, 7/18 & 7/25. (Scheduled plant shut down 7/4 & 7/11)

I just texted my sales guy for confirmation if this is happening. If so, I'm out.I have a Lariat on order since March and just received this from my dealer:
22MY Ranger Optional Lariat Halogen Headlamp and Fog Lamps
- The automotive industry continues to be confronted by supply chain shortages of a wide variety of components used to manufacture Ford vehicles
- As a way for customers to get their Ranger trucks sooner, Ford has implemented the following product offering change process: Optional Lariat Halogen Headlamp and Fog Lamps (87G)
- All Lariat orders will require Optional Lariat Halogen Headlamp and Fog Lamps (87G) through the remainder of the 2022 model year. The window sticker will reflect a credit in the amount of $500 for optional Lariat Halogen Headlamp / Fog Lamps.
- Dealers should communicate with retail and fleet customers regarding changes required to the orders. Following this communication, dealers should add Option Code 87G (Optional Lariat Halogen Headlamp and Fog Lamps) to Ranger Lariat retail & fleet unscheduled orders by Friday, May 27th.Those Lariat orders that are not updated by Friday, May 27th will be amended by Ford to include the Lariat Optional Halogen Headlamp and Fog Lamps (87G) on Monday, May 30th.
- Lariat stock orders in unscheduled and scheduled status will be amended by Ford to include Optional Lariat Headlamp and Fog Lamps (87G) on Monday, May 30th. After this date, Option Code 87G will need to be added to all newly entered Lariat orders
Let us know what response you get.I just texted my sales guy for confirmation if this is happening. If so, I'm out.
Exactly, if you're scheduled, you're good, if you're not scheduled, stock up on candles. It's for orders not scheduled. It would be on your window sticker if you were modified.
Oh boy. I can totally understand your frustration as that was one of the featured upgrades over the other trims. $500 isn't enough of a credit either. I'm actually wondering why all trims don't have the LEDs.I have a Lariat on order since March and just received this from my dealer:

That list you included is kind of unsettling. Since I'm geeking out so bad over my new truck (hopefully) I've been watching as many review videos as possible. I've noticed the engine cover missing on the 21s but hood struts? I hope those aren't the dampers. I was really looking forward to no more hood prop. Since I'm just getting a blinged up XL I wasn't expecting a whole lot but owner's manual covers? What the hell. I've never owned a vehicle without a manual cover, including an 82 Mustang. And the no PRNDS light? Again, a first for me...I hope they don't add more deletes. This has me worried. Come on AZScorpion, assuage my fears, lol. And the subject at hand, the lariat dash, well I always thought most guys would want the analog tach even to forego some of the other features. A dash option would definitely make sense. Analog tachometer all the way. Though the F150 Raptor's gauge cluster is pretty freaking awesome.Went and checked the "list of deleted Items" thread, and noticed number 21. Seems to prtain to the 500A only.
Does anyone know of another deletion for the instrument cluster in the Lariat?
Fingers crossed. Seems like a lot of unscheduled SCabs? I might go shopping if I don't get picked up this round. Here’s hoping that those of us who are still waiting get scheduled. ?
Yep, no LEDs are a deal breaker for me. I'm going to have to either travel and find something similar to my order in stock or compromise on the color. Or go back to an F150, which is quite a bit more than I want to spend on a vehicle.I just texted my sales guy for confirmation if this is happening. If so, I'm out.
Yeah the XLT and Lariat trims should've had LED standard. I could see them skimping on the XL and making it optional.Oh boy. I can totally understand your frustration as that was one of the featured upgrades over the other trims. $500 isn't enough of a credit either. Good luck with this.
