You could say it was a shit situation for me. I still remember the month all together. When I moved to Colorado I had 2 vehicles. A 2016 Nissan Frontier Desert Runner(2WD) and a 1983 280ZX. My boss told me "No matter what you think you are getting a 4WD" and he didnt say it had to be new. I was also upside down on the Frontier. Well I found myself a 1992 Nissan Pathfinder in Denver for cheap(and it was a ShitBox). I got the Pathfinder fixed at the beginning of October of 2019. Roght after that I took the Frontier to Denver for a concert(it was worth it too). On my way home I was about 20 minutes out and a deer jump out in front of me. The truck wasnt totaled but it was put in the body shop for 2 months. Due to this i only had the Pathfinder to drive since the 280 needed some work and wasn't a good choice for wonter driving. Well during that time I found out i was a day older than the Pathfinder(what are the odds of that?!). For the rest of the month I found all sorts of issues with the Pathfinder but wanted to do so much to it and get it right..... Until the fateful day.... October 30th 2019..... I was on my way to work and we had a fairly heavy snow storm the night and day before. Due to this we had snow and ice all over the place. Dont forget about black ice either(it is nasty and will make you cry). On my way to work I ended up hitting a patch of Black Ice, did a 180° and slid into a snow bank. The moment I hit the snowbank I went rolling!! I probably rolled at least 5 times and landed upside down. I was awake the entire time and came out without a scratch(talk about luck).
I still made it into work that day and then I found out how kind Ford is to dealership employees. The dealer also did what they could to help out. That night I got into my 2019 Ranger without even test driving one.
After that the rest was history.
Here is the damage on both the Frontier and the Pathfinder!!! And the day after getting the Ranger!!

. He backed out on the one I initially wanted AFTER I signed my paperwork. I was upset…moderately. I mean, I still had a new Ranger after all. But in the end I am super happy and satisfied with the one I have. I love my truck and will be holding onto it for many years to come.
