Magic button on console fixes everything !

Found a button on my console , looks like a little guy with a square hat and glasses , right below that damn auto start button , what dis do ? Well , as it turns out , the square hat and glasses guy is a transmission genius !!! Truck shifts almost PEEFACTLY now ! ... Damn , lug be gone ! And as added bonus , .......wait for it.........


Little more waiting........ Came to first stoplight and was dreading the temporary death of me RPM's and then I saw the little @ thingy on my dash with the line through it !!!! My new best friend (he has a square hat , round glasses) hates the autostoo AA much as I do !... Why nobody here tell me bout that ?

Wow...you found the tow/haul button !!
Ya know, there's all kinds of info in the owners manual that tells you and splains all the buttons and gizmo's and what they do...
Did you know your Ranger has a reverse gear that lets you back up, and there a big button in the middle of the steering wheel that if you press makes a really loud noise !!!
Seriously though...manual has a lot of stuff that your probably not aware of...

Monopoly guy has the monical I believe , not glasses...and a taller hat ... And I would have read the owners manual if they had bothered to put it in a nice little jacket.... Anywho, for the foreseeable future , me and my truck and the square hat round glasses guy (who seems to be the only guy at ford that knows what gear your tranny should be in , and it sure as hell aint 7th at 35,) will be having a three way ....untlli I can get a proper tune anyway... Tow / haul button ? Well ill be damned...

It’s new - it’s only available on 2020 and later models. It’s a little trinket they threw in to make up for all those missing items I have on my 2019. ?

Really good driving mode. Teally stoos the lugging. 7th gear at 35!!!!
Im in 8th by 30mph!!!
Tow haul really works when towing or hauling too!!
Wait till you tow and let off the gas, then the truck drops some gears and picks the rpms up to help you slow down!

Tow mode is blessed on these trucks. Just wait til you try the Ford Performance tune with tow mode activated!

Can those tune guys make it so the truck shifts like this in D ? Cause I would love to have that truck .... I would name that truck ... I would buy an extendened warranty for that truck ... As much as I like my new friend (square hat , round glasses... Ehh... "Towy" his name I think ...well , it is now ) ...as much as I like Towy , i rather spend time just me and her... Plus he stares at me on the dash...

I hate all you 2019 guys just a little, ima get all those goodies one by freaking one , keep the reciepts , I let Ford hold the note on this truck so I will deduct all the missing parts from the last few payments ... Using this website as referance of course...

Yes they can. There are several good tuners out there which will do wonders for this truck. I have a Livernois tune and several have the Unleashed tune. You should really consider getting one and I think you'll like your Ranger a whole lot better.

I saw that but nothing coming out ? Where you fill that up ? I got people following to damn close and need that ASAP ! Well , not that close , a few Tacoma tried but,.... (That was mean, im sorry , they are a good truck...slow as hell , but good)

I absolutely don't care or need even 1 more HP , its amazing as is ( how it run that damn good anyway?) shifts , lugs and low RPM's are my gripe...
