Likewise, it's good to hear some folks have good experiences.I guess my parents and I have both had good agents then. Neither of us have had to fight our agents for claims.
Sorry you've had bad experiences.

USAA unfortunately has gotten worse past few years. Used to be the gold standard.usaa is a good company![]()
How so? I have been considering giving them a call with all the good things I hear, my boss and many others are with them.USAA unfortunately has gotten worse past few years. Used to be the gold standard.
This most likely goes back to what Rob said about having a good agent. If your agent doesn't go out of his way for you then it just reflects on the company. Kind of like all the bad reviews of a restaurant. Sometimes when you read through them it has nothing to do with the food but the horrible service. You should be able to get both but it's getting harder and harder to find that now.How so? Specific to me, USAA won’t insure your house in FL unless you are on active duty orders. my son got in an accident and though I had rental car option on they would not provide one because of “availability”. They also totalled the vehicle and it only had 5k damage. Would not consider other estimates because I took it to their approved repair place first. Comps were completely wrong….just a bad experience, and I have been with them for more than 30 years. my 2 cents. How so? Just purchased the premium care for 6yrs/75k for $685 from Flood. I only have 18k on the clock and compared to what the Ford website quoted me, I feel like I got a decent deal.Which tier are you guys looking at? Ziegler has 4 levels of plans, premium care, extra care, base care, and what looks like power train care. Is there a better value to one of these?
Try Flood or Zeigler….Im also thinking about getting a plan before the price hike unfortunately I get hosed here in Florida, An 8 year 75k premium is about 2.7k for me an a 6 year 60k is 1400 bucks
I just compared Flood and Zeigler and Flood was lower.Just purchased the premium care for 6yrs/75k for $685 from Flood. I only have 18k on the clock and compared to what the Ford website quoted me, I feel like I got a decent deal.
Should be total.I never purchased extended warranties before… i looked at zeiglar is it really 8/100k for only 1600 total…. Or is that monthly i dont get it.
Are you in the same state?I just compared Flood and Zeigler and Flood was lower.
However, the 6 yr/75k plan with $200 deductible is $795 for me.
Is yours 2WD?
Naw, I'm in GA.Are you in the same state?
