What did you do WITH your Ranger today?

Just removed the bed rack and tent. Going to work on building some parts for the bed area while I wait for some fiberglass to come in!

Had a date with ~120lbs white tail. Ranger took her to home, she rode in the bed. Going to cut her to pieces tomorrow and stuff her to the freezer.

No pics, but in preparation for moving out of state, I cleaned out my garage and loaded my truck full of scrap metal this weekend. Today, instead of driving to work in my un-marked, I drove the Ranger and dumped all my metal in the fleet services metal trailer, poured my used oil in their recycle station, and drop an old battery off at their collection point to send out for recycling. Damn, I love having a truck. Now for the many dumpster runs that are in my future!

ETA:
Some of the items that went into the recycle trailer at work included my stock suspension! I was tired of looking at my "awesome" FX4 stuff in my garage! ? Bye-bye shocks, struts, and leaf springs!

Drove to forest to check upon the black walnut test. Seems to still be there, don't know if the colds gotten them but at least animals have not. Looks to be somewhat frosty

brought 160 gallons of water up to the horses. it had to be so far back to access the valve, i didnt have a hose. it comes to over 1300 lbs.

Went out to some nearby state land to go deer hunting and ended up hauling out four contractor bags of garbage instead of a deer.

We were up late chasing Aurora. We have an amazing National park 30 minutes away. -40c (-40f) when we drove home at 2:15am.

And today was the last day of hauling garbage out of my garage to the dumpster at work. It's amazing how much junk you can amass in ten years! The funny thing is, you'd think my garage was a $#!^ hole full of garbage but it was all nicely and neatly stored away. Ughhhh! I hate preparing to move!

Here's a hint I got few decades back. When ever you store something, put a label on the box stating the date you put it there. When ever you take something out from the box, put a date you accessed it. If you ever run to a box with date over 2 years, throw it into garbage without looking into it.

The wife asked me to go into town and pick up a prescription, so the Ranger got to move for the first time in two weeks.

I got to pass some fool that was more concerned with the contents of his or her floorboards and I'm sure the Ford Performance Borla Exhaust made him/her flinch as I roared by. lol.
