For a change, I did nothing with my Ranger - it’s safely stored in my garage. Took my Passat to the cottage for a change - decided to wash it - opened the hood to clean the engine bay and discovered this….

Bloody squirrels!

That’s $196 I could have spent on my Ranger!

Turns out they want $390 for that piece! ? I’ll make my own thanks.

Thanks Tracy! Only 5th Generation Ranger entered. The lone judge only liked Jeeps and old body styles.
So, Best in Class - take the win, Mike!

That’s not cheap! I have a box of Warfarin here at the cottage for voles and mice. I might have to leave an open package in the garage at home.

I'd like to say that our Ingot XLT brought us to this place, but actually we dragged it here. We're spending the night in the middle of nowhere. Back in the 1800s, my wife's family was one of the first families to settle west Texas. It was a hot, dry, hostile place full of snakes and (understandably annoyed) Apaches.

The family still owns the land, but there's no one permanently on site. We were exploring nearby and decided to spend the night out here. So, we parked the motorhome next to a little barn and will stay for just one night. The Ranger is absolutely covered in fine dust, after being towed down dusty roads behind the RV. It's quiet out here.

That’s a nice looking rig John - from what we can see. Have any pics of the Bay Star with the Ranger in tow?

Hi Duke. Only a few thousand. Here's one outside of a Sonic in the Texas Panhandle. A chili cheese dog was consumed just after this picture was taken.

On our YouTube channel's next video (coming out Wednesday!), we'll have footage out the Bay Star's back window and viewer's will get to see the Ranger actually being towed. It will be thrilling. We actually use the Ranger as a shooting platform for our road shots.

And, here's a side benefit. Subscribers to our channel live longer and their kids make better grades:
