Diode Dynamics offers the same option.
That's good to know. I haven't looked for lights for the Ranger yet but will be soon. I'm a bit of a Baja Designs fanboi but the DDs are probably the only other brand I'll consder.

I just installed the Diode Dynamics SS3 fogs yesterday on a 2019 Ranger Larait. These replaced the factory floods. Not a huge problem. There are three bolts for the front air dam and two push pins for a cover above the air dam. Once these are removed the skid plate needs to be removed. There is good access to the floods. Remove four bolts holding the OEM flood and use those same bolts to install the Diode Dynamics SS3 floods. It's plug and play. Line up the beams and reinstall. Time was about 1.5 hours.
I’m not sure what the air dam is on my lariat. When I look under the truck I only see the skid plate. Is it the plastic portion in the front of the wheel well?

You're not looking at the lights I am referring too. SS3 LED in Power Level Max

https://www.diodedynamics.com/ss3-led-fog-light-kit-for-2019-2021-ford-ranger.html
It's the same light. The only difference is the plug.

The difference between the two is the Ranger plug. So in the Ranger specific model they apparently only offer one pattern. Looking at the link you provided it appears the pattern is SAE/DOT Fog and the color options are yellow or white.

While on the non Ranger specific units, without the plug adaptor you can choose from driving, combo, flood, SAE/DOT FOG, or spot.

If you are asked in the future "which beam pattern you have?" The answe would be SAE/DOT fog.

From your link...

Optic and ColorWhite SAE/DOT Fog

Ok. Whatever you say. I already have them and I’m not going to keep going if circles with you. I was trying to be helpful and discuss installs not argue about it. Have a wonderful day.

As was I.

I was attempting to educate you on the beam pattern you have.

But as they say, "you can lead a horse to water..."

And you're still rambling and not comparing the same lights....but have at it! You're talking (according to your link) about the $250.00 Stage Series 3 Lights and I am referring to (my link) the $520.00 SS3 Fog Light Kit. If you actually looked at the link I included there is no beam pattern choice for the "Max" $520.00 light, only a color choice.

Your horse is dying of thirst.

That $250 light is for one.

The $520 option is for two, with wiring pigtails for plug and play with Ford foglights.

That is the difference. The difference is only that they don't offer the other beam patterns on the Ranger kit. Only SAE/DOT fog. They do, however, offer different colors. As shown on the link you provided.

The specs between the two are exactly the same.

Of course, you're dying of thirst, you won't drink.

All the information is right there for you to read. But apparently that's not your strong suit.

You have some serious obsessive issue. It’s ok to say “oh ok. I see what your showing, I misunderstood.”
Have a great day!

Why would I say that I misunderstood when I clearly did not? If anybody is misunderstanding anything it's you misunderstanding the function of your own lights.

If I were misunderstanding something I certainly wouldn't have a problem admiting it. But Diode Dynamics' own website shows the difference quite clearly to anybody taking the time to read.

You have a nice day as well.

I have on order the Diode Dynamics SS3 Max Yellow and can't wait. The install is different than the Ford Performance due to not replacing the whole plastic cover. You don't have to remove the bumper and that stuff. You do have to remove the tires. They are direct replacements plug and play but not super easy. There is a video somewhere on doing it??
Try headlightrevolution.com They have a lot of videos.

What makes it so difficult? Their website says plug n play? Hard to get to I assume?
Yes hard to get to. My arms and hands looked like I got into a fight with a herd of cats when I was done!
