XLT to Lariat Fog Lights?

Has anyone done this?
Is it possible and is it plug and play? Other than the reported difficulty in getting to the fog lights physically!
Now that I have Lariat bright white headlights , my fog lights look pretty dismal.

It should be fairly easy to do. The fog lamps dont have a special connector. If they did then the FFP fog lamps woyld have a different design for the Lariat.

Rather than spend the coin and time installing on Lariat LEDs I'd look into the aftermarket replacements. The Lariat "fogs" aren't great. Diode Dynamics, Baja Designs, and Rigid all make plug and play replacements.

Just swapped my xlt to lariat yesterday. Plug and play no issues.

*Not to re-open a dead thread but...*
I bought a set off eBay a long while ago and had them sitting around waiting for some affordable Lariat LED headlights to come into my life. Finally happened, so I swapped my XL halogen fogs today for the Lariat LED ones, plug and play with no issues...If anyone does this: don't forget to re-aim them (super easy as well).
