It what you do when you're too cheap for a real suspension lift.

I guess someone should try 20psi in the back tires and 50psi in the front and see if that makes a leveled rake with a stock truck.lots of people adjust the suspension without changing the height ?‍
these are separate things
Ouch. I am anything but cheap and a level quickly fixed a personal aesthetic issue for me. So there. It what you do when you're too cheap for a real suspension lift.
What real suspension lift do you have?It what you do when you're too cheap for a real suspension lift.
Let's talk about the obvious...the DeeZee damper fixes all rear end sag... ?You're talking about the truck still right??
I am wondering now how Dave (@AzScorpion ) actually got his truck raised and level (based on comments he makes)... probably uses his laser level tool for the guide, but where does he go to get a perfectly good foundation to level to and how many shims does he use to make a 1/64" adjust (assuming he uses standard measures)...OMG too many questions, too many possibilities...he must be nuts...easier to just add lights!Let's talk about the obvious...the DeeZee damper fixes all rear end sag... ?

Changed the look. Hope you don't tow or haul.Yea you wrong here bud. They settled some in the 70s maybe but not anymore. 2.5 level Completly changed the look of my 2020 Xlt Fx4. Best thing I’ve done so far.
It affects everything. Aerodynamics, fuel mileage, ABS, stability control, accident-avoidance handling abilities, headlight aim, center of gravity, bump steer, static front CV drive axle angles, static upper control arm angle, static lower control arm angle, camber change, toe-in change, loss of caster angle, and on, and on, and on.I absolutely do both! Affects exactly nothing. I still have the same springs, shocks, u-joints, and everything else. Front is just spaced 2.5” higher. Where have you Ever read that you can’t tow w a Ranger w a leveling kit? Come on let’s keep it real here on the 5g forum, this ain’t the YouTube comments section..
OK yes it affects somethings of course but it does not keep you from towing with your ranger and it does not lower your towing capacity. It affects everything. Aerodynamics, fuel mileage, ABS, stability control, accident-avoidance handling abilities, headlight aim, center of gravity, bump steer, static front CV drive axle angles, static upper control arm angle, static lower control arm angle, camber change, toe-in change, loss of caster angle, and on, and on, and on.
My biggest concern about spacer lifts, though, is that unless you installed aftermarket upper control arms, you've reduced your front suspension travel by the amount of the spacer lift. So if you had 5" of front suspension travel before, and you installed a 2" spacer lift, you now have 3" of front suspension travel, which isn't even enough to drive safely on public roads, much less off road, PLUS, the travel that you lost puts your suspension's static ride height at the very top of it's range- any material bump could top the suspension out and unweight the tire(s), causing a loss of traction.
I'll have to circle back to you on that one! ?
