I don't think anyone expected the shop to do it for free so I'm not sure why you keep using the word free. There is a wide range between $1 and $500.

I think $500 is outrageous and I completely understand businesses need to charge an hourly rate. That's just a crazy rate imo as well.

I removed mine for free. No cutting, just unbolted and got really creative with pulling, jiggling, and some bending of unimportant aluminum corners/ seams :D

Ok, I'm answering my own question here I believe. Looks like RMT Overland had ADD customize a bumper for them and Rough Country custom an F150 roof rack for them. I'm guessing they won't sell them separately.
