Just do it. They are a stiffer shock but in a good way. They also absorb the bumps a lot better. The FX4's were bouncy and also were harsh just hitting bumps. I have Eibachs front and rear but I remember even just hitting speed bumps with the FX4's and had to cringe a bit after the rear tires...
Tuned or not tuned and whatever it is technically doing, its a great little add on. It made a big smile turn into a huge smile when driving. It definitely enhances my driving experience. I love the sport mode response on my Ranger but I didn't like the shift points for normal driving so I got...
TBH, I just wanted to try a different one and I watched video reviews and just gave it a try. I think they all really do the same thing.
Throttle controllers and tunes really do different things. I didn't do a tune because I just didn't feel like I needed it, I'm not really racing my truck...
But to get back on off topic. Who cares.
The OP laughed and its "nobody's F-ing business" why their body felt like letting out a laugh. Same thing right? Nobody said they can't charge that much, its their business they can do what they want. And yes I have seen Spaceballs but it was so long...
I think you are taking this to a different level and I understand what you are saying. But I'm focusing on removing crash bars. Not talking about businesses charging for doing work in general. Hard work isn't cheap. This isn't hard work though.
I dunno, maybe I'm wrong. I wouldn't pay that...
More power to you buddy. But any shop looking to charge $500 to remove crash bars any which way to cover whatever costs of business will lose any future business from myself. I would laugh at said quote and definitely wouldn't go back for any other work knowing its probably going to be...
I removed mine for free. No cutting, just unbolted and got really creative with pulling, jiggling, and some bending of unimportant aluminum corners/ seams :D
Ok, I'm answering my own question here I believe. Looks like RMT Overland had ADD customize a bumper for them and Rough Country custom an F150 roof rack for them. I'm guessing they won't sell them separately.
Not to go off topic but who makes the roof rack on #3? That sucker is nice and flush.
To get back on topic, who makes the bumper on #3? I thought it was ADD but I'm not seeing that on their site. #3 is pretty much what I want my truck to look like.
I mean that can be said about any of those configurations including stock then.....nonsense. Oh wait, the only set up you can use your Ranger as a truck is to go with the Old Man Emu right? Yeah I read you pushing that all the time and I have no doubt it is a good set up.
Use your truck as a...
