I installed the latest thing I found wandering this intrepid site! LED side marker lights blacked out. I am very happy with the results. The visual impact is striking without the amber there. Out of the mods competed so far, this is by far my favorite! Oh yeah...and the Black Rhino tail pipe and a glass screen protector for the sync 3 screen. Busy day of mods - took all of about 15 minutes for everything!

It looks like it is also time for some Black Lug nuts to complete the look you are trying for.

Installed the leads from my battery to hook up my new battery maintainer. Truck only went into hibernation once so I picked this up at HF on sale for $29.95. Not high dollar so I thought I would give it a try. I know the best way to prevent that is drive the truck but just joy riding in this weather just ain't as much fun.

I’m seriously thinking of doing this but taking it a step farther and using a speakon twist electrical connector to make it a painless docking instead of opening the hood to attach to battery. They make the connectors with a rubber cover to keep internals clean.

Has the bonus effect when towing car behind trailer to keep 12V power active so you don’t blow up your transmission!

@DukeCanBuildit posted on another thread. I just left the lower edge hang against the skid plate instead of tucking it underneath. It worked out very well in the end. Kudos to Duke
