Unless you're hauling materials on a regular basis like a landscaper or contractor, I can't see anyone being unhappy with a Ranger. Much more maneuverable than a fullsize and a little more efficient. Stock you can easily get 24mpg. Can always get a trailer to haul materials if needed. $34 is a great deal on a truck with those options.

I hear you can get the 1/24th scale for $28.78 at Costco...

That is a good looking truck, John! Congrats! I wasn't a big fan of the chrome package (too much chrome for me), but it looks good with the red. I love that shade of red. It is very similar to what I put on my '73 Capri (it was a 2008 Mustang color):
