My update went great. It finally fixed the glitch of not showing XM song titles in the dash. This may sound silly but it was one of my biggest gripes about the truck. So happy!

Mine is a non fx4 lariat, no climate issues

I performed the update from Ford, seemed to go smoothly but as others have reported I do not have the climate controls. 2019 Lariat FX4
I'll probably give it a few days before busting out Forscan to fix it, I didn't use that screen much.

We shouldn't have to use Forscan to get climate controls back.

Wish me luck, I'm a bit scared. Wife won't be happy if I have take this to a dealer to get sorted.

Edit:. Well that sucks. Climate controls are gone. FFS. Now I have to get this to the dealer. Don't have ForScan.

19' Ranger XLT Sport here- did the update last night, lost climate. Ford Pass doesn't work anymore either. Annoying. I don't have Forscan yet, so looks like I'm down to the manual controls only now.

I had to log out and log back in but it does work.

I had to master reset to get ford pass to activate. the truck has got to be connected to a strong wifi signal to activate.

I did the update in less than 25 minutes. So far, everything seems fine with Sync screen. But my backup camera appears grainy at night. I'll have to check it during daylight. Has anyone noticed a difference in the camera?

Got it had to delete the app and reinstall works now

I just updated our 2019 Edge and it's an updated 3.3 version. On a side note, after spending 1.5 hours in the truck, the new version I would say is more intuitive, but I kinda feel the BLUE screen doesn't match anything in my instrument cluster or interior lighting. Wish they'd have given some more color options...

Try using one of the Lincoln themes, I like the look of the audio screen better. Also I run it in night mode Al the time. Day mode is too bright.

Did you make sure you had an internet connection and your communication settings were enabled. Before trying to reconnecting to fordpass.

Yes I've noticed this as well with my camera during the day. Haven't checked it out at night yet but the camera definately doesn't seem to be the same as it was before the update.

I may wait a bit to do the update and see if climate control comes back!!

I had previously updated but the "official" update seemed to go smoothly without having to downgrade. I am yet to drive the truck after the update so we shall see if I missed anything but fingers crossed it looks good.
