Yet another climate/heater issue

Went back to the dealer today, diagnosed it($100 for that) said actuator is fine, now its the control arm that is shot, not covered, because it is a different piece than what was replaced. say its the upper plenum that needs to be replaced, because the control arm is bad. now they want $2000 to fix it....

Wow, absolute shame this is how Ford is treating this vehicle.

Ya, thank God the dealer helped out and covered the replacement of the upper heater plenum.

Took my 2019 in today for software update and 100k service. Was told the plenum assembly will need to be replaced soon as it is going out. Estimated cost $3,500, wish I had bought extended warranty.

More details needed - as far as What Is it Doing? Which actuator is making the noise?
as this may or may not need to be (drastic) open up for repair.
Since it is unknown if (actuator) or (binding door) - it can be both or only (actuator)
and depending on which one is making the noise determines what access you have to it.
