I use the cheap fluid from AutoZone. Of course I don't live where it often freezes and there is never slush on the road.Probably a silly question, but does it matter what I use?
I know in my previous VW certain fluids would cause issues with the sensor and it had to be a certain spec. Does it matter with the Ranger?
As a sidenote anyone have a preference?
Thanks!
I use RAIN X all season (it's orange colored) cleans well and adds some rain x to windshield when used. If you take your vehicles to get an oil change, top it off 1st or else they will use watered down blue stuff.Probably a silly question, but does it matter what I use?

I have used this or the RainX Green for years. Works great and most of the time I don't have to turn the wipers on at freeway speeds cause the water beads up and clears on its own.I use RAIN X all season (it's orange colored) cleans well and adds some rain x to windshield when used. Yeah Rainex is great stuff. Used it on my Areostar van, with that huge sloped windshield you could drive at highway speed in a driving rain without you wipers on. The water blew of faster than it fell.I have used this or the RainX Green for years.
