Why No Caller ID

Only had the Ranger a few months but frustrated that when someone in my contacts calls it doesn't id them. Everything is set in the phone and contacts are loaded in Sync. When in my wife's car it shows correctly. Has to be something in the ranger not set? Thanx!

Is it the way they're entered in the phone? Maybe the country code appears/doesn't appear on inbound calls and that's what throws it off?

Just a thought.

Mine does

I updated to Sync 3.4 and my caller ID went away.

Had to go into phone settings and re-enable contact downloads, that fixed it.
