Thanks! Hopefully one of them will make smthg for us.

I've been wondering if a different leaf pack would be the easiest option for those of us only wanting to drop the rear 2". I realize that we would probably lose some payload but I'm ok with that.
If they just flip the back, there will be no loss in payload...I’d rather have adjustable coil overs.

Awesome! I'm going to hound Hotchkis the most and I'll be sure to let them know we've got a volunteer. They'd be the ones with the most full-tilt-boogie sport truck solution I feel. According to their site they are moving from CA to NC - closer to your neck of the woods.

Will keep you posted, thanks!
Cool Beans...

Flip kit would be fine too but would be too much drop for me.....I would also need a different shackle to raise it a little. I have a feeling this is the setup that will be available eventually.....like the Colorado.

Sure, coilovers would be great but I don't see that happening

A leveling block could correct the height, but as far as coil overs,
That’s what R+D is for...

How could a block raise the height if the springs are under the axle (flip kit)?

Yeah, some R&D would be involved with a coil setup but that would be expensive for everybody. I don't see it happening...

Under the frame...between the spring and the axle.....I’m here for the R+D fix..people spend tons of money to raise their trucks...this is not a money issue..

I can't picture a block under the frame & at the same time being between the spring & axle but I'll take your word for it. I've always seen this done with a longer shackle....like the kit for the Colorado (flip kit & longer shackle).

My original post to your quote was to help not to hinder..

I was only trying to wrap my head around what you were saying, sorry for asking more questions.

Good luck on engineering a coil setup, I really do hope you can pull it off.
