I drive on a lot of crappy dirt roads with washboards and for the most part the factory suspension in my ranger has been amazing. I have a 94 land cruiser with old man emu and while it's better for "real" off roading the ranger is shockingly more comfortable on the washboard roads I ride. Also, I'm at ~60k miles, is there anything I can do to get it even better than it is?

Honestly, aftermarket rear shocks have been the biggest bang for your buck mod I've done. Big improvement in ride quality. Replacing the coilovers too made a really nice improvement

At that mileage I would already start looking at replacement shocks and struts. Take the time to look at what you really do with the Ranger versus the Land Cruiser and go from there.
