From what I could gather, No. The ranger isn't compatible and WolfBox told me over the phone there is no way they know of to hard mount it. Hence, this post.
Hi all! I am going to purchase the wolfbox dashcam here soon. My question is has anyone figured out how to hard mount this mirror? I know it comes with rubber straps but I would like to hard mount it so it replaces my mirror. Any tips much appreciated!
Just checked and I do have fuse #24, so I plan on tapping it tomorrow! Sorry that yours does not have a line in on power. I think fuse #22 would be my next option if I didn't have #24
Fun fact, you can fuse tap an unslotted fuse port as longer as there is a metal contact in that port for you to put your tap into. You just run a single surge fuse on the tap, and do not need to add an original port fuse. I will have to take a look at my fuse box and see if I have one there or not!
Hi! Curious what fuse you tapped with that yellow wire. Also wondering what terminal you connected your hot red wire to. I connected my black lead to the frame on the right, not on the negative terminal, but I guess both are fine.
This looks to be fuse #22 which is air/conditioning. I need to tap a fuse for my trigger controller so I only run power to it when the vehicle is on. How has this been working for you?
Anyone else have low coolant issues in your ranger? I have 33k miles and live at sea level. Any thoughts?
Cold starts have quite a bit of white billowy smoke ever since I bought the truck. I have the pro cal tune and run 91 octane. I’m the original owner.
Hey Donnie, I also just purchased a set of fox DSC's. I only purchased the rear ones since my back end loves to hop around quite a bit. I had to return the ones I bought because one of the shock mount bushings was cracked. Now my new set has an issue where I can't turn the large adjustment dial...
