Had them for about 3000 miles. Work great. Leans you back a tad. I didn't have a problem with the seat in factory configuration, but I like to try new things. I like to sit as low to the floor as possible. I'm 5'9, so definitely not tall. I like to feel like I'm sitting in the truck, rather than on it.

I also have the bracket for the front. I'm working on things to hang on there still, so its a work in progress.

Wow, your bracket looks great! Now I'll order one, even though I shouldn't ...

The real intent of these is to angle the seat back for more leg support. But I've never seen anyone complain about the Ranger's seats.

I learned about these for use on Tacomas where people say they really help on longer trips.

Here's Chloe Kuo doing an install and talking about them:

Good info. I'll be ordering a set in a few weeks...still tweaking our new camper and had to order a basket full of "stuff" for it.
Wifey said to wait a few weeks for the Seat Jackers.

Yeah, I'm not sure what difference it will make since no one has the same issues with Ranger seats as the Tacoma. They are costly but I suppose they may be safer than just spacers. Anytime you mess with things like this, I can't help to think that you affect the integrity and safety of the original engineered design. BUT ... these also don't lift as much as the ones for the Tacoma, those can lift really high.

Once I get them in and we do more than just go to the dump, I'll write about their performance.

That "basket full of stuff" just keeps growing doesn't it! =D

It all started with that $10 3D-printed ignition bezel ...

It's a never ending attempt to fill that basket.
I'm also looking at the panel as a great place to mount a fire extinguisher. Showed that to the better half and thats what sold her on it...safety first !!!

$100+ extinguisher mount? Uh....

$80+ for $10 in metal and bolts? ....
Mine is a SuperCab, and I modified the rear seat area with a platform and risers for 2 dog seats...pretty much takes up all the room back there.
Yeah, pricey for a piece of sheet steel, but it will give quick access to the extinguisher if needed. When I want it, I want it NOW !!!
Your a PO, and I'm a retired PO, and we both know that you don't want to be fumbling around when a piece of safety equipment is needed.:like:

I mean, that over simplifies what it is. Its got the front plate and brackets designed to fit properly in the space given. It's not for everyone, but its a good product and, to me, was worth the cost.

I've got a Supercab too and our dog bed in it, but your dog bed looks way better. Great, now I'm going to Google that and ...

Speaking of fire extinguishers. I made the mistake of stumbling onto that little Element one and it looks pretty good.

Now I was a volunteer firefighter in Texas, so I'm partial to "real" extinguishers that have decent force and can be discharged through a grill without opening a hood (something I'd hesitate on with full Nomex gear and an SCBA on, let alone in my kayaking sun pants on the side of the road!).

God, please give me strength and a tiny bit of willpower on buying Ford Ranger goodies ....

I think my quick release bracket was $15. Granted it's.mounted.in the rear but that is like 3 seconds extra to get it.

Just don't personally get it. But you do you. ? No offense intended.

Check the finish on those tie downs. Mine from Levittown were glossier than the ones in the bed. Easy enough to refinish. I placed the new ones in the front, under the tonneau, where the higher reflection makes them easier to see with the shadow created by the cover.

It's an addition I like having and I'm sure you will too. T40 head ...

Got my Ford Credit Card today!
I've had one for a few years and I've been pretty happy with my FNBO Ford card. The APR isn't great, but most aren't and I don't normally carry a balance, so not a big concern.

Points accrual is nice come service time. I'm almost out of bumper to bumper. Might just start letting the points rack up to help in case my heater box or center screen goes wonky. Like my own little extended warranty.

Got the last hard bits to complete my front end. Still need to do lights, but holding off a bit on that.

@Heavy Duty 's front reciever hitch and a Cali Raised ACC relocation bracket.

This hitch is NICE. Quality welds, excellent finish. And what looks to be a VERY detailed set of instructions. He should look at getting some vendors to carry it.

It'll be a bit before I can get it on. I've got projects and commitments starting to stack up. But it's here! My 18 month search for a front reciever is over!

Havent recieved yet but will be mailed and ariving at dealer by Wednesday.

Welp...went and got my oil changed today and tires rotated. I know they do this crap on purpose. The waiting room was also the parts/performace dept. It's just like a ride at Disney where you get off and find yourself in a damn souvenir shop....queue up your kids going buck wild wanting something.

They got me! Ended up ordering the Fox leveling kit, Ford Performance tune and the Ko2s to go along with those Ranger Raptor wheels sitting in my garage.

I'VE BEEN BAMBOOZLED!!! ?
