Wow, so those are your temps, Phil? Thought you might be in the 100's, and with that, was wondering how Tito takes to the heat, or does he prefer the A/C! ?

Hi Trevor,

Tito seeks the shade in the higher temps, but here in Flagstaff, he in very happy with the temps for the most part. He cycles into the sun and then the shade to keep body temps where he likes them..Reptile behavior...

Best,
Phil

We drove the truck to see a sunset.

Dang, these sunsets are gorgeous out here.

For Dave and other denizens of southern Arizona... we are over half way through the hottest month of the year.

Meh, it's not that bad. I guess we picked the wrong month to go away this year. lol

It use to be June was the hottest month of the year here. Then by the second week July monsoon season would kick in and the temps would be around 106-108 with higher humidity. I'd still rather this heat than cold and snow and dealing with black ice. All the fun that winter brings in other parts of the country.

3 months of too hot beats 9 months of too wet and cold in southern SE Alaska hands down.
I enjoy it when it rains here. Look forward to it even.

We escaped the 116° heat wave by going swimming at Grandma & Grandpa's house (my parents.)

maybe instead of playing in the pool you should have spent some time washing that thing.

I am disappointed in the condition of that vehicle.

It's to darn hot. Even at 5:00 am it's already over 90 out. Luckily my '23 is white and hides the dust/dirt very well. lol If this heat keeps up it won't get washed until September. o_O
