I hooked the Ranger up to my boat trailer for the first time today. Tomorrow I will take the boat out of the water and take it to where I store it for the winter. I will be able to see for the first time how the Ranger tows.

I had a bad experience once with a U-Haul trailer, that got disconnected and almost hit two cars. Prior to that, towing was not an issue, but since then, I have to admit there is always a little trepidation when I tow now, although there has never been an incident since.

I hauled my boat today to winter storage. No problem with power towing it. It was neat seeing the blind spot on until the trailer went by the motor home I was passing.

If I had to nit pick, the truck was slightly more bouncy with the boat on, then I expected. Still it hauled it no problem.

Dang it almost looks like a ghost town. While nice for maneuvering its kinda sad.

Thanks Greg! It really is a ghost town here. Even the casinos are empty and there are a lot of dealers just standing around with no one at their tables. The plus side is I got the room at 1/2 off and it's nice to walk around and not be shoulder to shoulder with everyone.

On a side note man I haven't smelled so much pot since the Ted Nuget concert I was at back in the 80's. I'm assuming it's legal here but walking down the strip that's all you can smell everywhere. I think I'm buzzed....Now I have to go find me some Doritos.

Picked up a new TV at Costco. It's a Sony X90CH/X900H. 120hz capable.

For anyone interested i think you could fit a 75" in the 5' bed with the tailgate up. As long as you angle it like I did.

They legalized pot in Canada a year ago. My fear was I would smell it everywhere as well. In a year’s time I have not smelt it once. I live on a lake, so it not like in a city, but I have not smelt it from any of the cottages in the summer and I have not smelt it when I visit our town, or when I go to other centers.

I am sure that is not the case everywhere, and where you smelt pot before, you now smell pot more, but it is not anything like I feared.

A whiff of it here and there is no big deal but I'm not exaggerating when I say that's all you can smell especially at night. Man I use to remember it smelling much better than this stuff which smells like old dirty socks!.

Not trying to be rude but there are a lot of nasty, dirty people there now and at night they're all hanging out together getting stoned. It's bad when in front of our hotel there was a sign that said " No Marijuana Smoking".
