Obviously you didn't. We don't believe you without pics?Got the windows tinted today
It's Limo tint. It's so dark you can't see them. ??Obviously you didn't. We don't believe you without pics?
Must have vinyl wrapped the truck camouflage cuz I can't see that either? It's Limo tint. It's so dark you can't see them. ??
I would stay away from VIOFO A139 Pro. Thinkware is pretty good. It's got thermal shutoff. Not yet. I'm trying to decide on which one but leaning towards the Viofo A139 Pro 2 channel. Besides it's way to hot here to even think about installing it now. ?
Did you get yours yet?
? I figured you could save some money and just strap a GoPro around Cheech's collar and have him stick his head out the window.??
LOL forgot the pic yesterday LOLObviously you didn't. We don't believe you without pics?
So good my last Thinkware shutoff permanently.I would stay away from VIOFO A139 Pro.

I didn't know you and William @Crow_of_judgement were that good of friends. ?Drove the ranger one handed and a crow all while driving behind my friend with a bad transmission. What a day.

Mine came with a thermal sticker which I'm not sure if it helps. I lost faith in the VIOFO when it didn't catch my parking lot incident. No matter what I do the VIOFO would shut off after 2hrs in parking mode. I'll still have about 80% in my external battery. The Thinkware on the other hand I'll have around 99%. It's not because it's turned itself off though. It's because of how energy efficient it is. So it's not causing a lot of heat build up in parking mode. Which is a good thing for you. My Blackvue generated some heat in parking mode. It did have a unintentional benefit with frosted/foggy windows. Unfortunately for the Thinkware the view gets obstructed. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯So good my last Thinkware shutoff permanently.I'm a little soured on them seeing as it only lasted 14 months. Of course 2 months past the warranty.?
If you look at the heat rating the Viofo is actually a little higher than the Thinkware now. But in our heat I don't think any of them will last out here. I'm probably going to skip getting one as I've already thrown $500 away I'm not looking to throw any more away on another until we move from here.?
I never ran the extra battery pack but mine seem to be ok while parking mode. I did use the OBD cable for power so when I was home I'd just unplug it. That's one feature I really like that only Thinkware uses. It makes it super quick and easy for the instal. Now I see the OBD cable comes standard and the hardwire kit is now extra. I did see the thermal sticker but I doubt that'll help here when it's 117* outside. Maybe I just got a lemon because when I talk to the guys at Blackboxmycar they were surprised to hear it failed, especially so soon. Maybe if I hit tonights Mega Millions I'll give it another try. ?Mine came with a thermal sticker which I'm not sure if it helps.
