OEM no they dont. after market they can. i just ordered these and pigtails so i can install without cutting wires.

When you say pigtails is it like a harness you can put in that spits off inbetween the flashing indicator lighting harness part? Or is it a connector that has conductor ends you have to get those tee splice adapter thingys also don’t like cutting wires and would like to avoid the thingys that clamp down on the wire to tee off…. If it comes to it when I get lariat headlights I’ll just pull out my tools and get fancy with redoing the wiring..
I can do some pretty good work… but if I don’t have to go full work mode these days I’d like to pay to play the easy way ? for somethings not everything.

To day I installed mud flaps, side marker lights, and embarrassed my poor ranger for half the day.. that’s what I did to my ranger today.. long post apology.

Welp it took me all day to do it but I got my rock blokz mud flaps installed ? (yes there’s a reason why.).. and side maker lights…(which I’m mildly disappointed with because the flashing function isn’t working. Dognabbit… that’ll be a tomorrow thing now.)

and now the explanation..
So last night our kitten got scared from a loud noise, caused by me accidentally knocking over a folded up TotalGym (the Chuck Norris little home gym thing… which really rocks imo.)..
Little Mochi got scared out of his wits.. and attempted to escape under the couch when he was half the size if not smaller than he is now..
In doing so he (since I don’t have a better word for it) partially De-gloved his lower jaw… big sad, wife freaked out, we got him out from under the couch (since he was now stuck. I checked him out tended to his wounds as best I could. (Basically just flushed out his wound, tried to feed him a little food to see if his jaw was possibly broken… he ate and drank so thankfully his jaw was not broken..
The next morning woke up coddled the little guy, took my step daughter to school, got home and started prepping the flaps (thinking I got about a hour before I leave to take little mochi to get stitches.).. got as far as the front driver side flap mounted.? and my mom shows up..(she heard about the injury to our littlest furry family member and rushed out from Hollister to oakland.).. so I stopped put on a fresh pot of coffee.. made a little snack since she drove all the way out here.. caught up talking and my mom checking up on the baby of the family.. my dreaded alarm to leave goes off?. Off we go to the vet stopping to pick up my father in law along the way ? (he’s a old guy and having a rough time since the loss of his wife, so figured it would be nice to bring him along and get him out of his house for a bit.). Got to the vet signed in and found our wait time is 45 minutes.. awesome got my mom and father in law some breakfast from the doughnut shop across the street from the veterinary office.. I have a few minutes and I brought the flaps with me and the appointment won’t start for 25 mins..
Got the rear passenger side done in 7 mins yay plenty of time left too fin…… our name is called to come in with little Mochi..(good but also crap I thought I still had a little more time.. anyway love this animal doctor he a great dude. Checks the little one out and as suspected.. he’s gonna get some stitches… bill slides over…(legit first thought ? dang it there goes gettin the transmission pan and rear diff cover next week, I’m so selfish in my head sometimes.) so he’s off to his mending… the op will be about 2 hours.. sweet got a little time to.. continue the install… nope.. father in law needs a ride back to his place.. no biggie take him home close by my place anyhow. So mom and I head home to wait the remainder… back in business. Get the driver rear passenger 90% done… phone rings and my step daughter now needs to be picked up early from school…gawleeeee.. wrap it up. Hop in and take off down the road.. with three mud flaps two finished one scary loose but it’s still not far and all slow speed zones.. pick up the kid and back home still 50 mins before o gotta leave to pick up Mochi from the vet.. get home get through the door set everything down and go back outside and finish.. or so I thought… phone rings and good news the little procedure went much better than expected and the sutures went in nice tight easy and fast… everyone back in the truck.. ? tighten up the flap so i don’t lose it.. and head out.. we get the little one pay his medical ransom (seriously I am very happy he’s all fixed up and getting better.).. now I can finally finish what I was doing….. nope so much time has past now I must go meet up with my sons mother and pick him up at our meeting place (which is in Tracy.).. so on the road I go with a fresh outta surgery kitten, my mom, and cranky step daughter who got in trouble writhing the first two days of school..?… get to the spot and as soon as I get out of the truck a young guy (I’m pretty sure had good intentions.) runs over and tells me “hey bro I think you lost a mud flap.”… replied with a generic “oh yeah I know, but thanks for the concern.”
Ex shows up with my son, ex makes a mention that my truck looks kinda dumb with only three mud flaps on it.. snapped back with not as dumb as I looked buying that bmw for you…(yup still feel dumb about that one.)… now everyone is hungry.. so to Panera bread we go. Here’s where I make my move.. “mom get me pick two bacon Mac n cheese and the chicken bacon ranch half sandwich and ice tea… here’s $100 get yourself and the kids some food as well, I’m going to stay with mochi in the truck. Finally gonna finish.. got set up, and my dang phone rings again!!! It’s wifey, ask if she wants me to get her something Panera bread, she says idk maybe ? …figures.. i told her don’t get food o got you… run over to my mom to add to the order, got there in time ordered wifey food, ran back to the truck and finally for real for real finished.. and i am happy with how they look, i understand some of the gripes that people have with them, my opinion is they’re better looking than most of the competition at equal price points.. phone died before i could take pictures so had to charge it on the way home from Tracy… got home snapped the three pictures and getting up my back decided it doesn’t like me anymore today so now im laid out posting on 5g from the floor.

Installed the side markers right after I parked and kicked everyone out of the truck.. which upset me a little since they are not flagging when indicators are engaged. (Bad pair? Or? Didn’t plug the wire in the correct way idk.?) disappointing. But not enough to ruin the fancy new mud flaps… thanks for reading.
Rock Blokz is buy again.. suparee led side markers currently I cannot recommend..

I was going to post a picture of little mochi but I didn’t want to gross anyone out..so I just post a mid vet visit of him in his travel kennel.

Hope Mochi is ok. One piece of advice on the Rokblokz flaps, throw some locktite on the hardware... i had some of the middle fasteners back out and make a run for it.

Hope Mochi is ok. One piece of advice on the Rokblokz flaps, throw some locktite on the hardware... i had some of the middle fasteners back out and make a run for it.

Can’t wait it’ll be sweet to have neat little side marker flashers.. and if it doesn’t cause the hyper flashing of the dash signal (the one that i believe is to let you know a blinker needs blinker fluid.) that will be even better.

I added a 2-camera Wolfgbox rear view mirror dash-cam a couple of months ago, primarily because the roof-top carrier I have over the bed blocks the rear window. I mounted the rear camera on top of the cargo box in a cheap Amazon antenna shark fin and I'm really pleased with the clarity and unobstructed rear view.

I really only use the carrier for camping or cross-country trips, so it's off most of the time, and because I like the Wolfbox rear view picture so much, I decided to add another rear view camera for everyday use.

I've wanted to add a cab spoiler to smooth the air flow over the carrier and quiet the buffeting I get when the carrier is on, so I figured I'd kill two birds with one stone and mount a camera to the spoiler.

I used a fish tape to pull the camera's cable between the headliner and the roof, back to the third brake light. It was super easy!

I cut a notch for the cable in the top of the brake light housing where it meets the body and fastened the camera to the underside of the spoiler. I'll make a neoprene foam piece to fill the gap between the two to prevent vibration.

For now I just plug in the camera I need, but I'm putting together a tiny A-B switch box to fit behind the rear view mirror so I don't have to unplug & plug the cameras.

Sorry no pics, but what I did was changed the diff fluid in the front and rear diffs of my '19 XLT. The old oil was a little dark but nothing too bad for 60,000 miles and best news was there was no noticeable metal on the magnet. Real easy to do with two sets of ramps. This weekend I am going to do the trans and t-case and install an oil pan with a drain plug on the trans. But that story will be another post. Will have pics of that job.

I use the auto bright feature which means that now, when my brights come on, my SS5s, SS3s, and light bar come on and automatically turn off when it senses another car. This is supper handy for driving in the boonies I frequent.

huge thanks to @Goyo86 who helped (mostly did) me re-pin the harness. Another member here said his worked no problem, but mine was wired all wrong. There are 7 pins in an 8 pin connector and the open pin was different on the harness vs. my truck. Plus, the trigger wires from the brights and DRL were on the wrong pins... It took way too long as the connectors are really high quality, but that makes them a pain in the ass to de-pin.

A bath! =D

Soupie's first in-depth bath this summer, presoak with soap cannon, rinse, used Iron Remover for the first time, rinse, soap cannon, then wash with brush (one-bucket method with a grate) and microfiber cloths, then rinse. Dry with the Ego blower and the Tornador, and then a giant soak-it-all-up monster microfiber towel (I think it's 3'x4', Kate got a couple of those giant ones)! =D

Did the inside of the windows with just water and a microfiber towel. Then 303 Graphene and 303 Aerospace Protectant - that tonneau cover has a few sap spots that I didn't try to remove, but need to ... and that cover sucks up the Protectant - I swear you could probably easily use a half a bottle on it.

Then decided to look at the cabin air filter. It was dirty on both sides, I'm kind of thinking the dealership flipped it over at 2,300 miles when I stupidly agreed to the works including the cabin filter. It was certainly dirty today for supposedly only 3,900 miles on it.

love that Tornador on the air hose, great for the grill. but, in reality, the Ego blower with stubby nozzle works just as well. and that Mitt-on-a-Stick is perfect for a shorty like me! =D

the world's greatest invention, after the wheel, are these little hose rollers - cuts down on that aggravation big time!

tried out the Turtle Wax "hybrid" soap - couldn't really tell any difference from Mr. Pink, it even smelled similar - maybe it would work great for Tito's shell! =) oh, and I made sure to clean that magnificent chain! =p

Super Soapy Soupie! I was able to work in the shade at an ideal 74° - so nice ...

first time using Iron Remover - of course the wheels were loaded with brake dust

not too many iron spots on the body, maybe a dozen like this, that I could see anyway

wiped down the engine - I had washed it at the start of summer and it was still pretty clean

nice reflection, no new Graphene yet, any shine is from last summer's Graphene

not bad for a truck parked outside all year in New England - no Graphene yet

tonneau covers absolutely soaks up the 303 Aerospace Protectant

Thinking about getting an inverter to wire in behind the seat. Im annoyed that the factory one is only 150w as id like to charge my milwaukee 12ah batteries but would take days with a charger rated to 150w.

Yeah I don’t know what they were thinking with that weak inverter. Maybe to check off a box. It won’t even power a bucket head shop vac. I’m looking at inverters as well. Not sure about how many watts but I’m thinking 3000 should be about right. Anything over 2800 heats up wiring in a house. Your thoughts?

That sounds like a really good mod for an old guy like me. During the day my distance is not far out of 20/20 but at night that all changes when driving down dark roads.
