I traded off a 2008 Ranger Sport 2wd 3.0lt which I was never ever very happy with. My HPR Lariat FX4 is 10 times the truck.

Downsized and upgraded from my 2015 F150 SuperCrew 4x4 XLT with almost no options to the 2019 Ranger SuperCrew 4x4 Lariat with almost every option.

I'm replacing my Fusion which had a high tendency to get stuck just about anywhere

Yes, that fusion is indeed so badly stuck in mud that it cannot budge an inch.

It wasnt even worth attempting to back over this since the result would be rather obvious.

You would not believe it if I told you
A 1999 F150 SuperCab XLT 2WD that I bought 20 years ago (July 1999) with 187000 miles on it now. It still ran well and was still a daily driver but...it needed tires again, the rust was getting a bit out of hand, and after spending two weekends last winter laying in the snow trying to fix it I just did not want to go though that again. So, I sold it already (riding my motorcycle for transportation at the moment) and will be picking my new Ranger up on Monday 23-Sep-2019!

Hopefully this is the start of another 20 year relationship!

It was awesome to drive. I’ll miss the V8 for sure. I have my ‘69 Mach 1 from high school that’s still a work in progress.

So jealous! The 69 and 70 sports roof mustangs were always my favorites. I am sure having that in the garage made it easier to trade in what you did haha!

Traded in my 2012 Ford Focus HB titanium for my Ford Ranger XLT FX4. I was torn between this and an F-150 and am glad I went with the smaller truck. The wife drives a Ford Explorer Platinum, I wanted grey but lightning blue looks great.

Nothing. Lived without a car for three years in Germany (where I am now), but found out I will be living in a major west African city in November, so pulled the trigger.
Loving the truck. Got the XL trim because I know I will get into fender benders with crazy minibuses and 30 year old Mercedes sedans down there. On the plus side, I'll be able to handle their roads without a problem. Surprising how much faster my (American spec) Ranger feels vs the Euro model -- not comparing with the Raptor though, which I haven't had the chance to drive.
