I found if it's just the tip and you put lots of antibiotic cream on it then tape it together good it will reattach in a couple days. Messes up your finger print though if not perfectly aligned. Don't ask how I know.
Yes, it’s back to normal now. Just happened so fast! I’m good at slicing & dicing my poor hands & fingers.:rolleyes:

In Estonia, verivorst (blood sausage) is made of pig's blood, barley groats, pork, marjoram and other flavourings. It is sold and eaten mostly in winter, being a traditional Christmas food.
When I lived in Louisiana, ages 7 to 14, we'd have blood boudin. I think that's still a thing for Cajuns. =)

My aunt made Spam sandwiches almost daily in the summer when I'd visit. I still like it today but Kate won't have anything to do with it. I had some just a month ago!

I've never seen this but I'd sure try it!

It's edible sea weed sheets. We went to Nova Scotia years ago and they dry it up and make chips out of it. They were really good. Shame to ruin the flavor with spam.

Dulse! They spread it out on the beach or the road to let it dry, then they process it.

They don’t like the term “sea weed”, they prefer “sea vegetable “. @Highlander has probably eaten dulse.

My husband is turning into Mr. Mom. :) Slowly over the past couple of years he has taken over the laundry & dishes.:eek:What??? This man who I have been married to for all these years & who, for about 33 of those years would not have considered it, acts like he enjoys it & takes pride in it.

I came home this evening & he had supper prepared…another thing that is slowly increasing.

I LOVE it!!!! He’s turning into a pretty good cook. What a guy!:inlove:

Found my favorite kit at Costco today and Will be enjoying it the next 2 nights.
They have the same meat that the Greek fests use and everything needed for a nice gyro :inlove:. Makes 6 and we make a nice Greek salad to go with them using the best Greek dressing in the world.
