What’s the difference between the two? Just the sound or is the duel port actually better?

one is a full recirc unit and one is a dual port which vents to the atmosphere

The difference is that the re-circ operates just like stock venting only to the re-circ port back to the intake and is quiet. The dual port has progressive ports so that up to 50% lift it is re-circ only and after 50% valve lift (higher boost/throttle) the atmospheric port is also opened doubling the flow and allowing the vented pressure to be heard - whoosh.

Marty Hello.. Rob here I haven’t had a turbo car or truck since my Buick Grand National days I here people talking about the Dual Port Valve.. But want I need to know is can you feel the difference with the turbo spooling up faster and with that does the transmission seem to shift a little better when the pressure is released because this ten speed is just to ticky tack and seems like it’s lost and thinking..
