Ever get these installed? They look pretty darn cool!
Not yet, when the thaw hits and it's time to take off the winter studs, I'll take it to the tire shop to have them mount/balance/install all in one go

Once I do, I'll post pics.

There is a sponsored fully decked out Ranger on YouTube with the wheels though if you want to see what they look like on a lifted Ranger

Started test fitting and installing the Diamondback HD cover.

Not in love with the shiny aluminum, but it was significantly cheaper than the bedlined version. I'm also not a fan of bedliner finish normally.

Chances are I will do a mild roll on bedliner like Monstaliner in charcoal gray that does not have aggressive texture... Eventually

Until then, I'll be bright and shiny. Looks like a retired trucker owns this now. Just wait till I chrome my bumpers and put marker light poles on all corners.

Install was kind of annoying by myself but it's doable. Haven't finished latches yet, but it is clamped down and weather sealed.

Did the first test run with the Diamondback. I bought extra clamps in case it rattles, but luckily after about 6 hours of driving, it holds fast.

For it's maiden voyage, took it out to watch the Iditarod and then traversed a mini blizzard.

So far I love it. I was worried the silver with the tie downs would put me in Vampire Hunter territory, but with a little bit of weather, it dulls nicely to be more Zombie Hunter.

Finally got my summer wheels/tires mounted. Just a few quick shots.

OEM tremor tires on Alpha wheels that were on clearance from Tire rack.

I like those wheels. Nice to be dry finally, huh? Of course, we could use some rain… dust flying around all over town.
Yeah we got a little rain the other day in Eagle River. Even snowed back Hiland where that bad avalanche was, but we missed that by about a mile. I don't want to ask the weatherman for rain though, cuz it might not stop

Here's hoping to a hot summer... Just not as bad a 2019.

Did you see a video of that landslide in Seward over the weekend? It’s pretty wild.

Those fires three years ago are also on my mine, that summer was wild.

Yeah my cousin showed me them! The best quote: "well, looks like we're staying the night". Crazy times every year up here.

2019 was awesome because it was my first summer living here and I bought a jetski... Everyone thought it was dumb until I was on the water every day... Island Life ?️

Finally got around to adding my tow receiver to the truck. Mine didn't come with a tow package, but honestly I don't need the 7 point connector anyways and I wanna say the Curt receiver was just $150 from etrailer. Only issue, its listed max is 6000#. But whatever, my towing will be less than that.

I took pics to show the spacing of an aftermarket receiver as I'm assuming the factory kit would be more flush.

Good news, it retains all factory tow points and the factory chain hookups.

From advice from another poster, can't remember, they said to drop the spare tire. You have to with the Tremor. When you pull the tire back up, it shifts to allow clearance.

Only thing I would recommend, have a second set of hands. I did it myself, so I had to bench press the bolts loose (call for 196ftlbs) and greetings it mounted, I was on my back, perpendicular to the truck, knee holding up one end, single arm pressing the other, and threading bolts. It's doable, just reminds me how out of shape I am.

Pics for reference, it looks clean.
